The multi-step UltraClean of Arkansas, Inc.® residential and commercial care cleaning system is a total carpet and upholstery cleaning process ideal for business environments. Our cleaning process includes:
- Free on-site inspection, explanation of services and estimate.
- High-powered pre-conditioning of carpets to loosen soil. This important step consists of a professional-grade pre-treatment of high-traffic areas and stubborn stains. The pre-spray is applied with hot steam to break down all dirt and grime. It will also counteract bad odors in your fabrics and carpeting.
- Certain furniture will be moved and the carpet underneath cleaned. Then tabs will be placed under the legs to prevent any rusting or varnish bleeding into the carpet.
- Thorough fiber rinse with the industry's most up-to-date equipment. This separate rinse step is what differentiates UltraClean of Arkansas, Inc. from most other carpet cleaners. Our powerful truck-mounted system combine steam of up to 230 degrees with vacuum power strong enough to both clean your carpets and leave them dry enough to be ready to use in just a few hours.
- Deodorizers are applied in the cleaned areas to remove any lingering odors.
- Grooming appropriate for carpet / upholstery type to enhance appearance.
- Complete post-inspection and follow-up to ensure your satisfaction.
We can remove most red food dyes and we have an anti-mildew, antifungal and anti-microbial disinfectant treatment for carpet and fabrics.
Optional services include:
- Carpet Protectant: This may be applied before the grooming process to assist in protecting your carpet from spills, traffic dirt and more. This protectant helps prevent food and drink dyes, and pet damage, from setting into the fibers and altering color or causing bleaching.
- Pet Enzyme Treatment: We can apply enzymes to the carpet prior to cleaning in order to break down bacteria which may be creating odor. This treatment is effective against vomit, urine, feces and skunk spray.
